How we handle your information.
Last updated: April 10, 2026
SundayBulletin ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.
We process the text you paste into the bulletin creator in order to generate your bulletin. This text is sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) and then deleted - we do not store your bulletin content unless you have a Pro account and explicitly save your bulletin.
We also store a small counter in your browser's local storage to track how many free bulletins you've created this month. This stays in your browser and is not sent to our servers.
We collect your email address when you sign up or log in. We use this to send you a login link (we don't use passwords). We also store your subscription status and, for Pro users, your bulletin history.
We use Stripe to process payments. We never see or store your credit card number. Stripe handles all payment processing and is PCI DSS compliant. You can read Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
We use Cloudflare Analytics to understand how our site is used - pages visited, general location (country level), and browser type. This data is aggregated and anonymous.
When you generate a bulletin, the text you paste is sent to Google's Gemini AI API to structure your content. Google's data handling for API calls is governed by their API terms of service. The content is processed to generate your bulletin and is not used to train Google's models (API calls are excluded from training by Google's terms).
Your account data and bulletin history (for Pro users) is stored in Cloudflare's Key-Value storage, which is geographically distributed across Cloudflare's global network. Cloudflare is SOC 2 Type II certified.
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie is HTTP-only and secure. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
